General Info


Safety Regulations

Restricted Items
Picnic areas are located outside the parking lot area outside the park, food items not purchased at Snö Cove are not permitted inside the park. One sealed water bottle per person is permitted. Electronic devices, including radios, and shoes with roller skates (Heely’s) are not permitted inside the park, as well as weapons of any kind. All bags will be checked upon entrance, thank you for your understanding.

First Aid
First Aid area is located inside the park, just outside of the main lodge. Please ask any park associate for directions or assistance.

Lost Children Area / Lost and Found
These areas are located in the group sales building, directly east of the main lodge. In the event that your child is lost, notify the nearest Snö Cove employee or security guard and they will direct you to this area.

Personal Property Responsibilty
Snö Cove is not responsible for loss, or damage to, personal property left by guests at the park or ride areas. To ensure that all guest property remains safe, locker rentals are available in the main lodge. Loose articles are not permitted on rides and should either be left with a non-rider or secured in lockers as well.

Attire
Appropriate swimwear is permitted on the attractions, however revealing bathing suits, and clothing with metal decoration or embellishments will not be permitted. Glasses and eyewear must be secured, footwear is not permitted on water slides. Parents must have appropriate swimwear while accompanying small children. Snö Cove reserves the right to restrict guests not complying with attire regulations.

Closing of Attractions
In the event of dangerous circumstances, including but not limited to electrical problems, storms, bad weather, or mechanical problems, some rides may temporarily need to close. Thank you for your understanding.

Loitering


Loitering on Snö Cove property is prohibited.

Weather Assurance Policy: If Snö Cove Management is forced to close the pools and waterslides for a total of 75 consecutive minutes or more during any one operating day, a full price ticket will be issued for any guest that is exiting the park at that time.  Rain checks will only be issued 30 minutes after the attractions are open for anyone exiting the park.

If the park closes within 60 minutes of the scheduled park closing, no rain checks will be given.

Guests will be eligible for the offer only as they exit the park for the day.

NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Season Pass Holders do not qualify for rain checks.

Ticket will be valid for the year they are issued.

Recommendations

  • Arrive early (before park opens) for your choice of parking spaces, ideal sun and shade spots, and lockers!
  • Plan on bringing or purchasing a “neck safe”, a sealable container on a necklace to keep money or other small valuable items with you. Available in our gift store.
  • Bring your camera because family adventures like this are great memory makers!
  • Bring two sets of car keys, wear sunscreen, strap your glasses to your head. (Car keys are the most frequently lost item at the park with glasses in a close second.)
  • Since most people choose to eat between noon and 1:30 p.m., plan to eat earlier or later and take advantage of the water activities while others are eating.
  • Water park fans start leaving around 5 p.m., but the Park stays open until 7 p.m. during the peak summer schedule, so late afternoon is an excellent time to enjoy the park!
  • Plan on being wet most of the day, and waterproof sun block is a necessity!
  • Parents do not need to go all day long. Sno Cove has 1,000 lounge chairs. Bring a fun book to read if you want to rest. Stake out your territory by plunking down a beach towel on a lounge chair early in the day.
  • Be sure to carefully read all the precaution signs at the rides.
  • Gift certificates are available.
  • Arrange a meeting spot and time that is very specific.
  • We do not provide towels! Please bring them with or they are for purchase in our gift stores.
